How fast are payments confirmed?

We watch the blockchain in real time. Most payments show as paid within a minute of being included in a block, and your website gets a signed webhook right away.

Do I need to hold my funds with you?

No. On the Pro and Business plans, payments go straight to your own wallets. On the free plan, payments collect in your balance and you withdraw them any time.

What does it cost?

No setup or monthly fee on Starter: just 1% per payment. Paid plans lower the fee and add own-wallet payments with 0% fee. See pricing.

What if a customer pays too little or too late?

Partial payments are tracked and the customer can send the rest. Late payments are still matched to the right invoice, and you're notified either way.
