How long does a ETH payment take?
We wait for 12 confirmation(s) on Ethereum (ERC20), which usually takes about 3 minutes. The customer sees the progress live on the checkout page.
What does it cost to accept ETH?
No setup or monthly fee on Starter: just 1% per payment. Paid plans lower the fee and add own-wallet payments with 0% fee.
Do I need my own ETH wallet?
No. Payments can collect in your balance and you withdraw them any time. On the Pro and Business plans you can have payments sent straight to your own wallet instead.
What if the customer sends ETH on the wrong network?
The checkout shows the network (Ethereum (ERC20)) next to the address and amount. Coins sent on another network can't be detected, so customers are warned before they pay.
Can I price my products in USD or EUR?
Yes. You set prices in your currency and the customer pays the matching ETH amount at the current exchange rate, locked for the payment window.
