Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for payments made through Cryptomo.

1. Purchases from merchants

Cryptomo processes payments on behalf of merchants. We do not sell the goods or services you paid for. Refund requests for a purchase must be made to the merchant, under the merchant's own refund policy. Blockchain payments cannot be reversed, so any refund is a new transaction sent by the merchant to an address you provide, usually in the same cryptocurrency. The amount of cryptocurrency refunded may differ from what you paid because of price changes and network fees, unless the merchant agrees otherwise.

2. Payment problems

  • Paid too little: send the remaining amount to the same address before the invoice expires, or contact the merchant.
  • Paid too much, paid late, or paid after the invoice expired: the payment is still detected and the merchant is notified; contact the merchant to arrange delivery or a refund.
  • Wrong coin or wrong network: contact us with the invoice ID and transaction hash at uniquehunter98@gmail.com. Recovery is not always possible and may incur a fee to cover network costs.

3. Plan fees paid by merchants

Subscription fees for Cryptomo plans are paid in advance and are not refundable once the period has started, except where required by law or if we are unable to provide the service.
