Terms of Service
Last updated Sep 24, 2026 08:04 UTC
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cryptomo (https://cryptomo.net), a cryptocurrency payment processing service operated by Cryptomo ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Cryptomo lets businesses ("Merchants") accept payments in cryptocurrencies from their customers through a hosted checkout, payment links, an API and plugins. Depending on the Merchant's plan and settings, payments are either credited to the Merchant's balance with us and paid out on request ("balance mode"), or sent directly to wallet addresses controlled by the Merchant ("own-wallet mode"). We are not a bank, an exchange or an investment service, and balances do not earn interest.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything done with your account, API keys and webhook secrets. Keep them secret and turn on two-factor authentication.
- We may ask you to verify your identity and your business (see our AML / KYC Policy) and may limit or refuse service until verification is complete.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use Cryptomo for anything illegal where you or your customers are located, including: money laundering or terrorist financing; fraud, scams, pyramid or "get rich quick" schemes; sale of illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods or data; content that sexually exploits minors; unlicensed gambling, financial or investment services; goods or services that infringe others' rights; and any business subject to international sanctions or located in a sanctioned country. We may close accounts and withhold funds as required by law if we reasonably believe the service is being misused.
4. Payments, fees and confirmations
- Fees are shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard. We may change fees with at least 14 days' notice; paid plans keep their price until renewal.
- A payment is final once it has the number of blockchain confirmations we require. The exchange rate is locked when the customer selects a coin, for the invoice lifetime shown at checkout.
- Customers must send the exact amount on the correct network, including any memo or destination tag. Payments sent on the wrong network, in the wrong coin, without a required memo, or after an invoice expired may be delayed or lost; we will help recover them where technically possible but cannot guarantee it.
- Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Refunds are handled by the Merchant (see our Refund Policy).
5. Balances and withdrawals (balance mode)
Payments received in balance mode are recorded as a balance owed to you in the same cryptocurrency. You may withdraw to a wallet address you control, subject to minimum amounts, network fees, a security delay for newly added addresses, and verification. You are responsible for entering correct withdrawal addresses. We may delay or hold a withdrawal to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorised access or legal requirements.
6. Own-wallet mode
In own-wallet mode payments go directly to addresses you provide. We never hold your private keys and cannot move or recover those funds. You are responsible for the security of your wallets and for confirming that the addresses shown in your dashboard belong to you.
7. Plans and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period chosen and are not refundable once started, except where required by law. When a plan ends, your account returns to the free plan.
8. Taxes and your obligations
You are responsible for your own taxes, accounting, consumer-protection obligations and for displaying accurate prices and terms to your customers.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability (see our status page) but the service depends on blockchains and third-party providers and is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by blockchain network problems, price movements, incorrect addresses or amounts entered by you or your customers, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
11. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time after withdrawing your balance. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or where required by law, and will return any lawful balance after deducting amounts owed.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country]. Questions: uniquehunter98@gmail.com.
